What Occupational Therapy Focuses On

We help with dressing, bathing, grooming, meal prep, and home management by strengthening hands and arms, improving coordination, and practicing real-life tasks. OTs teach energy conservation, joint protection, and pain management strategies that fit your routine.

Adaptive Tools and Home Safety

We assess your home setup and recommend practical changes and tools—like grab bars, shower chairs, reachers, or adaptive utensils—to improve safety and independence.

How to Begin Care

Most home health OT services require a physician order. We coordinate with your doctor, verify eligibility, and schedule a convenient in-home assessment across our service areas. For added support with daily routines, we can also coordinate aide services as appropriate.
