What Our SLPs Help With

We address speech clarity, language comprehension and expression, voice, and cognitive-linguistic skills such as memory and problem-solving. For swallowing concerns (dysphagia), we collaborate with your physician on safe strategies and diet textures as ordered.

Therapy That Fits Real Life

Sessions include targeted exercises, communication practice, and caregiver coaching. When appropriate, we train on communication devices and simple home strategies to keep progress going between visits.

Common Conditions We See

– Stroke and other neurological conditions
– Aphasia, dysarthria, or voice changes
– Cognitive changes affecting attention and memory
– Swallowing difficulties under medical direction.

Getting Started

Home health speech therapy typically requires a physician order. We’ll verify eligibility, schedule an evaluation across our service areas, and coordinate with your doctor and family. If you also need daily living support, we can help coordinate the right mix of services.

Talk With a Care Coordinator

Tell us what’s going on and where care is needed. We’ll confirm service availability, explain next steps, and help you get scheduled.
